Extended Holiday Returns
We’ve extended our return window for the holidays! Orders delivered between November 16 and December 31, 2025 qualify for our extended 45-day holiday return window, giving you extra time to shop and gift with confidence.
Orders delivered before November 16, 2025 or after December 31, 2025 will follow our standard 30-day return policy.
Returns
WetBrush.com offers a 14-day, money-back, satisfaction guarantee on all its products. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, simply return your product as described below within 14 days of the original order delivery date.
Products purchased from any of our retail partners should be returned to the place of purchase.
Damaged Items
If your order arrived damaged or with missing item(s), please report it through our online returns portal, selecting “Damaged or Missing Item” as the reason code. Retain the original shipping box, packing materials and the item for inspection. We may request you send a photo of the damage to accelerate our investigation.
How to Return Your Order
Submit a return request via our online returns portal.
Wet Brush will provide a return shipping label for the return via our returns portal via Fedex. We charge a return handling fee of $5.99 which will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to return for store credit, there is no return handling fee.
Non-refundable and promotional items will not be accepted for a refund.
Return Confirmation Email
Upon inspection and approval of your return, we will refund your purchase using the original payment method, excluding the $5.99 return handling fee. Please allow up to 7-14 business days from the time your return is received for the merchandise return credit to be processed.
We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was the result of our error.
