Order from Amazon next time! Broke in < 3 months!
"My Wet Brush Pro became useless in less than three months. The balls at the ends of the bristles fell off (in my hair??) and now it scratches and scrapes my scalp every time I use it. I'm getting a replacement sent to me for free, but it'll take up to to two weeks and is definitely NOT worth the hassle. Next time DON'T order from Wet Brush, DO order from Amazon -- they'll replace it way faster!"
Hot Pink "Original Detangler Brush"
"I will now avoid the "Wet" brand. The bristles with the pink bead at the top came out of the base. Yeah, that's some REAL quality there! Goodbye, "Wet." I should have stayed with "Denman," who has been doing the hair brush thing for 85 years! Definitely, my bad!"
Great brush, but this one’s defective
"I’ve had a Wet Brush before, and it took several years for the little things to come off of the ends of the bristles. This one is about 18 months old, and about 2/3 of them are gone. I can’t find anything about the warranty on the website, other than the phone number I haven’t had time to call. I don’t have the receipt anymore, either, so I’m probably out of luck. Great brush; I just think this one should’ve lasted longer."

I have thin long hair and it gets knots and I have trouble with my arms and I have to ask my aide for help. But I can use the new brush and I can Brush my hair by myself. I am going to cut my hair shorter and I will still use my Wet Brush. I love it and it is a good purchase."

"I don't know what kind of crack you put in this brush lol. So, i'm an incredibly heavy sleeper, i wake up and my hairs literally a rats nest. it used to take me over an hour to get a single part of my hair done. but i bought a wet brush at target, and seriously. it's the best thing i've ever bought. i also have autism and have sensory issues when it comes to my head, so i feel more pain than usual people do when brushing their hair, and this brush has helped a TON with it. Thank you so much for keeping this cheap as well!"
