Great brush, with few negatives!

"I have used a Wet Brush for around 3 years to try and keep my hair healthy while brushing it. I had a hard time coming up with cons for this product, while my list of pros were easy to find. On the issues side, the bristles tend to come off, along with the paint. It causes creases in the hair when put into a ponytail and the hair is hard to pull out of the brush. On the other hand, I have many positives to name about this brush. The brush doesn’t rip out a lot of hair like most other brushes do. It also gets out all of my knots and is safe for wet, fragile hair. Along with that, there are many designs, sizes, and colors to choose from. In summary, I really do recommend this product because the positives really out do the negatives."

Order from Amazon next time! Broke in < 3 months!

"My Wet Brush Pro became useless in less than three months. The balls at the ends of the bristles fell off (in my hair??) and now it scratches and scrapes my scalp every time I use it. I'm getting a replacement sent to me for free, but it'll take up to to two weeks and is definitely NOT worth the hassle. Next time DON'T order from Wet Brush, DO order from Amazon -- they'll replace it way faster!"

Hot Pink "Original Detangler Brush"

"I will now avoid the "Wet" brand. The bristles with the pink bead at the top came out of the base. Yeah, that's some REAL quality there! Goodbye, "Wet." I should have stayed with "Denman," who has been doing the hair brush thing for 85 years! Definitely, my bad!"

Great brush, but this one’s defective

"I’ve had a Wet Brush before, and it took several years for the little things to come off of the ends of the bristles. This one is about 18 months old, and about 2/3 of them are gone. I can’t find anything about the warranty on the website, other than the phone number I haven’t had time to call. I don’t have the receipt anymore, either, so I’m probably out of luck. Great brush; I just think this one should’ve lasted longer."
